Experience: Nytoyia brings over 15 years of nonprofit management experience to Allies Way. Her career began in frontline social service roles, progressing to management positions where she developed skills in strategic planning, fundraising, and program development. Nytoyia’s deep understanding of nonprofit dynamics and her hands-on experience managing community programs have equipped her with a robust skill set in leading and expanding nonprofit initiatives. 

Education and Training: Nytoyia holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, which provided her with a strong foundation in organizational leadership, people management, and policy development.
